1. Cinnamon
Cinnamon is a spice obtained from the inner bark of several trees that is used in both sweet and savoury foods. It helps to reduced the blood sugar and control diabetes. Daily take one teaspoon of powdered cinnamon in a cup of warm water.
2. Clove
Cloves are the aromatic flower buds. Cloves are beneficial for diabetics that manage glucose and cholesterol level.
3. Turmeric
Turmeric is the spice that provides taste as well as beneficial to health. Turmeric is said to be diabetic care free spice.
4. Ginseng
Ginseng is the spice that reduce glucose/ sugar level if taken 40 minutes before the meal. It also helps to boost up the energy level.
5. Cayenne Pepper
Cayenne Pepper spice helps to low down the risk of high blood pressure and it allows the blood flow through your body.
