All materials displayed or performed on the Site, including, but not limited to text, graphics, logos, tools, photographs, images, illustrations, software or source code, audio and video, animations and other data (collectively, “Content”) (other than Content posted by Subscriber (“Subscriber Content”)) are the property of ALLRefer  and/or third parties and are protected by international copyright laws.  All trademarks, service marks, and trade names are proprietary to ALLRefer and/or third parties. Users shall abide by all copyright notices, information, and restrictions contained in any Content accessed through the Services.

Using Content, Text, Images and Videos

Uploaded Content on ALLRefer are either Proprietary, Creative Commons or Public Domain. For the Creative Commons, Public Domain and such other licenses, You are free to adapt and use them for any purposes as required confirming with the license requirements. Although not required, a link back to ALLRefer is appreciated.

Limitations:

a) Images and Videos depicting identifiable persons may not be used for pornographic, unlawful or other immoral purposes, or in a way that can give a bad name to people, or to imply endorsement of products and services by those persons, brands, organisations, etc.
b) Furthermore, certain Images or Videos may be subject to additional copyrights, property rights, trademarks etc. and may require the consent of a third party or the license of these rights. ALLRefer does not represent or make any warranties that it owns or licenses any of the mentioned, nor does it grant them. It’s your sole responsibility to make sure that You have all the necessary rights, consents and licenses for the use of the Content.

Indemnification for breach of terms

User will indemnify and hold ALLRefer,  its directors, officers and employees, harmless, including costs and attorneys’ fees, from any claim or demand made by any third party due to or arising out of User’s access to the Site, use of the Services, the violation of this Agreement by User, or the infringement by User, or any third party using the User’s account, of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.

Warranty and liability

THE WEBSITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS”. WE OFFER NO WARRANTY, EXPLICIT OR IMPLIED, REGARDING ANY CONTENT, THE WEBSITE, THE ACCURACY OF ANY INFORMATION, OR ANY RIGHTS OR LICENSES UNDER THIS AGREEMENT INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. ALLRefer DOES NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE OR ITS CONTENT WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT THEIR USE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE.
ALLRefer SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU OR TO ANY OTHER PERSON OR ENTITY FOR ANY GENERAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, COSTS OR LOSSES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE OR ITS CONTENT.
